Renault Clio, aerial snapped off

    I've a Clio which has had the aerial broken off for a few months now.

    I have a replacement aerial, but the connection at the end of it (female screw type) is for a socket which must have been broken off the car also.

    Here are two photos of what's left on the car:

    Fairly rusted at this stage as you can see. I assume I'll need to replace that green PCB. I've tried googling the number printed on it, but can't find anything.

    Any tips what I need to order / where I need to look? Or is this something a garage can sort out?
