Washing Machine not draining

Afternoon at, our washing machine at home doesn't seem to drain to well these days. It's not everytime but the majority or times there'll still be lot of water left inside. I've been sure not to overload it to much, and have cleaned and drained the filter, even cleaned and poked around where the powder goes but to no avail.

Alot of the time if there is water left inside I'll put her on for a spin and there could still be some inside even after. Anyone got any good tricks or places In could poke to get her back in form?
