Learning about body building

    I have spent the last years losing body fat and fell I have almost achieved that. I now want to build myself up a bit.

    I want to train smarter. My aim is to get a little bigger but most importantly I want to get toned and have a tight core. I gym 4 times per week and pilates once.

    I want to learn how to train smarter, like which muscles to target, the best exercises for each muscle group.

    Can anyone recommend me some good resources to learn this? Is there a decent book around or is the web the best place?
