If a person sucessfully sues a company for faulty goods/damage/replacing new items amd also wins costs in the case. What happens if the company claims to not have money to pay up or closes up. Who is then liable for the costs? (by costs I mean legal and engineering)

Well there are a number of options open in relation to enforcement including judgment mortgages and ultimately the ability to wind up a company. If the company goes into liquidation of it's own accord then you'll have to get in line like everyone else.

As to who ultimately pays if the costs can't be recouped from the other side - I'm afraid I don't know the answer.
