E cigarettes-do they work

    I have a work friend who use to smoke a box a day..now just smokes the e cigs and reckons he saves 250 a month

    I dont smoke. Have you tried these.do they work.

    Yeah they work. Worked for me anyways. Make sure to research it well first and buy a good device and stick with it. It's easy enough.

    My mam bought a vape thingy to try and cut down, she had no intention of giving up completely as she actually liked smoking but it was driving my dad nuts. She hasn't smoked a cigarette since her first puff of the vape. That was over 3 months ago! Been smoking all her life and tried to give up a few times unsuccessfully. She's cutting down on how much vamping she does, bit by bit.

    Damn you. Wanted to say that.

    Anyway, serious answer, they work great. Been on them over 2 years. 29 months, to be more precise. There's a lot of variety in them... You could love an e-liquid in one device, and it might not be as good in another. Boards has a section for vapers/vaping here which would be a lot better place to talk about them than here.

    My mum bought a really good kit a few weeks ago and finds it great. She doesn't want to quit but she doesn't want to smoke indoors, so she figures this would be the best option for her. Her kit was expensive but she was able to get the Benson and Hedges cartridges for it too, which is the brand she smokes.

    Yeah it works. Only thing that got me off fags. And I'd tried all the usual alternatives to quit smoking too.

    To me, its just replacing one addiction with another for most people when they try them.

    That being said, if I was still a smoker I'd be on them like a shot. Way too many benefits in comparison to a actual smoke, including cost.

    Off the smokes since Feb this year, the smell of cigs, I can't believe I used to stink like that !

    Smoked for over 20 years with probably a dozen failed attempts at quiting. Started vaping five months ago and haven't touched a cig since.

    I no longer stink, can run 10k no problem, am around €100 a month better off and my wife wants to have sex with me again.

    Yep, they worked for me.
