Looking for the name of this Artist/Painting program.

05-11-2013 9:11pm#1Hi all, I'm looking for the name of the Artist and/or the name of the program. It was on TG4 a while back. He used to say things like "Go back mister cloud, go back" "Go back mister mountain, go back". While doing these deep brush strokes.
