PSDP Cost

    Hi Folks,

    Wondering if anyone can advise on the likely costs for a PSDP. I had agreed a price with an architect for €2,250 for bringing the project from planning approval designs to tender stage. However the fees for acting as PSDP as extra. Architect estimates that the additional cost will be between €750 - 1,000.
    Does this seem reasonable? House is c 2300 sq ft if that helps

    Would appear about right, seek a few quotes from independent H & S consultants.

    For a new house construction I'd have thought that a PSDP add-on would about €800-1,000(incl VAT). So, your quote looks in the right ball park to me.
