    Hi folks just wondering if one of you out there might have some words of wisdom for me. Im 32 going on 33 and im 1 stone over weight but all the healthy eating and gym work or running im doing im constantly staying at the same weight. Its really starting to piss me off so was thinking of using something like fat burners or slim fast type products.

    Has anyone had any decent results with fat burners/slimfast products????

    They don't work. Have you logged and measured what you are eating?
