Help upgrading

    I'll be looking to upgrade in the coming weeks, at the moment my specs are as follows.

    - Phenom II X3 720
    - MSI 770-C45
    - Corsair VX550W PSU
    - Crucial DDR3 1333MHz 4GB KIT, CL9,
    - Antec Three Hundred
    - Samsung SpinPoint F1 500GB SATA2
    - Radeon XFX 6870

    Hope to keep the price down as much as possible so will keep hard drive, psu etc if possible. I'm thinking of the following parts. (Will hold on to the 6870 until the New Year.)

    How does the above look? Any changes I should consider? Will it all work with my current parts etc etc?

    Also I was thinking of changing my case to something cheap enough like the Bitfenix Shinobi, would it be worth it or should I just stick with the Antec?
