    Would you say this station launched in 1989 or 1993?

    Also, what date was is?

    Just checking for a project but can't find the answer online.

    It originally launched as "Radio West" in 1989 and they struggled in a big way for listeners as far as I can recall. They then re-launched / re-branded in the early 1990's (1993 or possibly a year earlier?) as Galway Bay FM.

    Thanks for the reply, but I'm looking actual dates ie. Jan 1.
