What posts are missing, do you know?

Since I posted on this subject yesterday at 13:32 (http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=87322160&postcount=2481), I've moved 4 posts out to the CIDR thread.

A few posts have been deleted by the people who posted them.

Other than that, I can see no other posts missing/deleted/moved.

Are you browsing the site directly (either http://www.boards.ie/ or http://touch.boards.ie/) using a proper browser, or are you using one of the several third-party apps that are floating around out there?

The third-party apps have a history of giving trouble, and unsurprisingly, are unsupported by Boards.ie.

See this thread in Feedback for more detail:

lads, that's nothing to do with the website, it's your own phone. In order to have have the most up to date posts, you should reload the boards.ie page after you open the browser on the phone. In most cases with phones, you just shut the browser when you are finished. then when you want to look at it again, you open up the browser and the page that you were on reappears. However, it will not have updated itself and you will not be able to see the new posts.

It shouldn't - well it doesn't on mine anyway. You should also check to see if there are set refresh intervals on your phone. You may be hitting refresh, but the phone might only download new data after a set period of time.

I'm browsing the site (including the Chit Chat thread) right now through Chrome on an Android phone, and it's all working fine as far as I can see.

Again, are any of the people having difficulty using an app of some sort to access the site?

Missing posts seems to be an intermittent problem on the touch version. I've had no problem lately on my android but was an issue a few weeks back.

The missing posts is a common problem with the touch version of this site.I thoughtit had been fixed.
You will see all posts if you click view full site at the bottom of the page, but it's a right pita.

Bring it up in the feedback forum with examples.
It's important ye link to this thread.

I'm at a loss at this stage, it all appears to be working fine for me.

As suggested above, it's probably best to bring this up in the Feedback forum:
    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=82

There's already a thread about Duplicate Posts there:
