    Allow for €2,000 per annum. This can be financed so that it can be pad by direct debit over 10 months helping with your cash flow.

    Factors which will cause variances are;
    - number of employees
    - expected turnover
    - value of stock
    - value of furniture and fittings
    - whether the premises has had any history of flooding (proximity to a body of water)

    Best of luck with your business planning, it's probably the most important part of setting up a business.

    What type of insurance are you looking for? Employers Liability, Public Liability, Personal Accident Insurance for Employees?

    I mean there are a whole host of factors that would affect this especially in the Restraunt/Pub trade!

    My advice would be to talk to a broker and they will give you an estimate if you haven't picked out a premises.
