    Hi,

I bought a piece of safety gear for using on my motorbike back in September.
When I went to put it on today for only the second time (due to work and the wonderful weather we have had:mad:) part of it came away due to poor stitching.

Its over the 28 days for a refund but it is obviously not fit for purpose..

I have pics etc and I am going to contact the shop but what can I expect?

Refund or a replacement? What are my rights?

    Thanks

Repair, Replacement or Refund. This has to be agreed between you and the retailer but if they offer a repair and you refuse that may go against you if you have to take it further (small claims court) but if they offer a repair this must be permanent!

Thanks.. I know you get what you pay for! Ill contact them and see what they say. Glad it went while I was still in the house and not (god forbid) sliding down the tarmac.
