    Hey guys,

Looking for a few ideas for lunches to bring into work. Preferably high protein types that are handy to make up night before and bring in. (Have access to a microwave to heat if necessary)

Not generally a massive fan of salads but an willing to try and broaden my palette that way if needed!

    Thanks

    C

cook extra meat & veg for dinner and keep some over for the next day. Tuna salads are also a handy option.

Salads don't need to be boring and tasteless.

Adding things like egg mayo, hummus, garlic, chili etc etc make them quite tasty.
