I'm not sure exactly why but a while whenever I log into youtube it asks me to chose a profile. one is my full name and the other is my nickname. Its annoying as things I save to playlists etc are separated.

Any idea how to merge these? I only want/need one...
    Thanks

Are you sure it's 2 YT accounts? One could be your Google+ and the other YT.

    So I found this:

However its not working for me. I have two accounts: 1) MyFullName and 2) MyNickname

Now the one under MyNickname is the one I use, have loads of uploads under, and playlists etc. The "MyFullName" is something to do with Google+ I assume but I don't want it there. I cannot seem to delete it, but I do get the option to delete the "MyNickname" one.

Any idea how I can delete the other?
    Thanks

You can try deleting your google+ account (if that's an option for you)

Google is trying to collect all accounts under a single umbrella (Google+), and it's not everyone's cup of tea.
