    Hopup rubber or hopup chamber?

An improper install of the rubber can cause feedind issues. If you changed the hopup chamber itself then it could be a compatibility issue.

Strip down the chamber again and re-install it, make sure aswell that the little spring located on the actual chamber itself is there also.

Are you using the same brand bb's and mags in your friends
G&G as you did with yours?.

Have you done any work to your gearbox lately?.

Is the air nozzle moving backwards to allow the bb to feed? Had my p90 not feeding at the weekend turned out the tappet plate was broken - therefore not moving the air nozzle to allow the next bb to feed.

+1 on this, just strip the gun down to where you can take the barrel out. connect the battery and pull the trigger and see if the air nozzle moves at all. Otherwise you could just look down the magwell at the airnozzle by turning it over and seeing if it moves but it can be dark so may be harder to see..
