    Hi all

    We went and looked at Ballyfin house as a wedding venue i fell in love with the place, but has anyone been to or had there wedding here before?? Just looking for feedback before we book it

    i have not been but have heard it is out of this world - with a price tag to match.

    It is VERY expensive but worth it

    My mother & father stayed there about a year ago. The reason why they went there was because my father was a boarder there. They want us all to go back as a family. But you should be aware useless someone is staying there they do not let you in.

    My Dad was a boarder too. Amazing place, even before they renovated it. I still remember the lion skins on the walls in the lobby and the Whispering Room :)

    I remember "Animal" beating the bejasus out of children. Happy times... Not!

    hope so - ive heard that for a wedding, you wont have much change out of €100k :eek::eek::eek::eek:
