I left a company in Sept to take up a contract with another business. I was let down by that business and so have been out of work since Sept.

I've had a few interviews over the last couple of weeks and I'm confident I will be back in work before December.

My question is what should I bring to the office. I have passport, proof of address and P45. Will they ask for a bank statement or anything else?

You should have enough to get the claim started, sign on asap and let the dept tell you what they need (paper work wise).
