I debuted in 1984 and shortly afterwarfs formed a tag team that a current WWE tag team would be very much opposed to. I was the last man to hold a particular singles title and by default the first to hold man to hold another. Winning and losing both to and from the same opponent, a horseman.

Hm, I thought Davey Boy Smith at first but he doesnt tick all the boxes

    Nope.

I'm thinking the tag team is a foreign team because of the hint about a current WWE tag team not liking them i.e. The Real Americans.

    Eddie Guerrero?

Its not Eddie. On the right track with The Real Americans, I think if I change the clue to partially opposed to instead of totally opposed to it would more correct.

Nope, however they did attend high school together.

  • Tom Zenk? He was with Ric Martel in a Canadian/American tag team.

And did he beat Pillman for the lightweight title in WCW but not sure if it was renamed the cruiser weight title or something?

Trying to do this without looking up wikipedia etc :P

It is indeed The 'Z' Man, debuted in the AWA in 1984 before moving to Montreal to form The Can-Am Connection with Rick Martel. In 1991 he won the NWA TV Title and during his reign JCP was rebranded as WCW thus becoming the last NWA TV Champion and the first WCW. The opponent in question is none other than The Enforcer Arn Anderson (how I miss his spinebusters).

It must be the Z-Man, as far as I remember he was the first WCW World Television Champion and was Canadian.

    Onward....

-I debuted in the World Wrestling Federation in the mid 90's with my uncle guiding me.

-Tried my hand at tag wrestling with my cousin shortly thereafter.

-Later faced him for a shot at a title no longer active in the company.

-Joined a new tag team and faction where I tasted my first gold.

-I had quite the unusual office backstage, even I can admit that.

-Went solo after a brand split and even renamed a singles title because I can.

-Briefly reunited with my partner before turning my back on him and going on the biggest run of my career using my legit background as part of my act.....

    - I appeared as a bit of a Wildcard in 1995.

    - I broke down a barrier by becoming the first ever _______ in 1996.

    - Brought everything and the kitchen sink in 1997. Got the nod from a certain group of dudes before they changed their minds again.

    - 1998 started out ok for me but I was gone before Wrestlemania.

    - Went to WCW in 1999 to feel the Heat.

    I'm a former bodybuilder.

    I debuted in 1995.

    Started in a bodyguard role.

    I'm a former Intercontinental Champion.

I've entered both the Royal Rumble match and the King of the Ring tournament, but I've never won either.

    Won a title at Wrestlemania

I've also wrestled in Japan & TNA.
