    Can anybody recommend or not "sureslim" and it's blood test diet.

    A few years ago I lost about 5 stone on a similar called Brampton diet.

    Then when I stopped smoking I put it all back on again over a few years.:pac:

    Lynn the majority of diets fail in the short run most people end up heavier than before. Best bet is learn about nutrition and understand what calories you need for daily energy expenditure and aim for slightly below maintenance and gradually lose weight over an extended period of time. There is no quick fix.

    From experience I see people having the best and sustained results from eliminating all wheat from their diets and or adopting paleo\primal style nutrition plans.
