    What sort of role?

If it is for a production assistant job, it will probably be a manual test, probably focused on and assembly task, looking for manual dexterity and the ability to follow written instructions precisely.

Otherwise, it depends on the role.

Done a few. Get the basics right. Being able to fill out a form legibly, in English, very important.

The number of people who can't spell and do basic maths is amazing.

Hi, has anyone completed an aptitude test on the subject of a winery. I know someone who applied for a position in a food company and the aptitude test was mainly related to a winery!
    Any ideas or help please?
