    I think he's a good choice, he is a decent actor. It'll be interesting to see who they cast as Ovett.

    Got a bit of a surprise when I saw that yesterday. Not sure what is weird though, possibly just that they are making a film about it, it's not going to be any Chariots of Fire anyway.

    Tom Vaughan Lawlor looks quite like Ovett.

    Maybe Franno can play John Treacy sprinting past him at the line.

    It'll be weird watching harry potter play one of the greatest athletes of all time! He is a fairly good actor though so I don't think he'll be too bad

    Yeah I was reading the comments in the Daily Mail, someone wanted to know who was going to play the women he had an affair with :D

    You'd wonder how this film will fair in the cinema since running is not everyone's cup of tea.

    I do remember though being a tiny tot watching them race each other and it was even exciting back then. So if they can capture that magic on film they might get a decent audience.
