Marble City Cyclers leisure training plan for 2014 starts this Sunday at 10h30 outside the castle. It is suitable for beginners but it's progressive so joining in at the start would be very much recommended. For more information, leave a post, visit our website or facebook page. Helmets and road bikes are mandatory.
