I'm doing a few M$ cert exams over the winter and I need to build a new lab PC for running Virtual Machines (might be Hyper-V or VMware).

I've decided on a AMD FX8320 8 core CPU but can't make my mind up on a motherboard but I'm not even sure I have much choice? I'm really stuck with using a Micro ATX board as I don't have room for a larger case (using Midi Tower and 400W PSU). I have enough memory to start me off, a stack of HDD's and don't really need anything other than onboard graphics. Currently I'm looking at cheap ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX Motherboard from Amazon.co.uk has anyone got any other ideas? Ideally I'd like a cheap AM3+ Micro ATX board that will take a bit more RAM and still have USB3 and SATA3.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
