Corsa emission warning light and fault codes

My emission warning light came on yesterday while driving my 05 petrol 1.0 Corsa. I have done the pedal trick to get the fault codes and the following are the codes if I am reading the blinks correctly, 0136, 0136 and 0141. The car seems to be driving fine. The car has low mileage just 45000Kms on the clock and is only taken on short school/shops runs. Just wondering if anybody would know what these codes are pointing at being the problem. Also wondering should I bring it to a main dealer or just a local Garage.

Codes are throwing up your Lambda sensor 2.

    P0136 O2 Sensor Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
    P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

I have an 04 Corsa and I get this light intermittently. You can cancel your warning light by disconnecting the battery for a half hour. If the light comes back on after you've cleared it you have a problem. Mine normally disappears for a few months.

You don't need to take it to a main dealer. An indie will do but he will need diagnostic equipment.
