Hi all, I am just trying to find out in the case of an adult dependent who is on their partners jobseekers allowance would their partner be still able to claim for them as an adult dependent if they take on a fulltime course in a university. Thanks, Chris

Yes. The Jobseekers conditions only apply to the main claimant. The adult dependant need only be a dependant and live in the state. Also any income they earn would be assessed for means.
