Its re-assuring to note that my training ride nutritional regime is in line with that of pros such as Martin and Roche. I presume as part of Sky's marginal gains they have that bint off the Great British Bakeoff preparing their cakes?

As far as im aware Mary Berry does indeed bake all Team Sky cakes on one of their various team buses. You may remember Richie Porte going back to the car to get Froome a slice of Arctic Roll during the Alpe D'huez stage at Le Tour this year.

Who goes by the unlikely name of Paul Hollywood. Steve Hall remarked on The Frank Skinner Show that his porn-star name must be something like Kevin Smith.
