Best deal for less than 400 yoyos at the moment.

Forget about a dedicated graphics card with your budget. Intel HD 4000 can play most games at lowest detail settings.

It'll play some games at lowest settings, others won't run at any settings - realistically, a gaming laptop at 400 euro is just not possible. If you jack that you to 550-600 euro, you'll get somewhere reasonable.
