What pipe for surface water drainage?

My driveway gets huge puddles when it rains, I want to dig a small trench and lay some pipe to a drain in the back yard. I have a load of 2" white plastic lying around but is that too small? Would it get blocked too easily?
Do I need the bigger orange pipe?

    Thanks for any advice.

Orange 4" pipes and gully traps + a manhole at pipe junction to allow axcess for rodding.
