I did it for a while and had a good recipe book by Jason Vale I think. I got fed up with it after a while as the machine is quite big and there is a lot of waste with what's left after juicing. Yes you can put it in soups etc but too much hassle for me. I use a smoothie maker for fruit and just prefer to eat my veg whole now. If your energy is low I'd check iron levels and make sure you're eating enough iron rich foods like your green veg, spinach and if you eat meat you should get plenty from your red meat. Plenty of protein is important too if you're training hard.

I posted my diet here before somewhere which consists of a healthy wholefood diet including veg. I also take wheatgrass, beetroot and green juices. I had serious health issue which doctors couldn't fix which my diet did. I know run 6 days a week and like to train hard. I've a busy job and three kids. Without my diet I couldn't do it.

I'm know for east chipper food and curries on the weekend! I can hook you up I have a great light easy to clean juicer it can hook you up with contacts!

    This is not medical advice.
