    Hi All,

I kindly have the permission of the moderators to post the following.

I am chairman of the young members special interest group of the chartered institute of arbitrators, Irish branch. We run monthly forums on various topics in dispute resolution which are kindly hosted by various organisations throughout the year. The aim of the forums is to expand the knowledge base for the various forums of dispute resolution.

The forums are a great networking event with the talk element on a chosen topic lasting for an hour followed generally by a reception. The forums are free to attend and you do not have to be a member of the institute.

The next monthly forum (the 16th edition) is for the first time being held in Galway. The forum will take place in NUI Galway on the 28th November and the topic for discussion is the Construction Contracts Act 2013. The speakers on the night will be Mr Ciaran Fahy (Engineers Ireland) and Mrs Niav O'Higgins (Arthur Cox). Email dublinarbitrationforum@gmail.com to register for the free event. The forum will commence at 7:30pm and the event is open to all members and non members of the Ciarb.
