Digiweb problem

    Hi guys
    I have general question about this problem and what to do about it.

    I call them on monday explaining that i have problem with roiter and that if they dont sort out the problem i will cancel my contract.

    So theu send me " new" router which i was waiting for 4 days...

    But...
    It came as used router....
    It didnt eve say where doest it come from and in the box i found a letter of a woman complaining about digiweb where she was in hospital diagnosed with cancer...

    What should i do...

    I want to cancel contract with them now but they told me that as soon i do that i wont be able to use my phone line and phone line will be canceled in 10 days meaning i will have to pay for new connection...

    HELP!

    OP I'd suggest you contact Digiweb about this matter as clearly they reshipped a return router in error and they never checked the router/packaging before hand.

    Whilst many providers will often use returned stock for replacement's, it should not have contained another customer's letter. This needs to be escalated to Digiweb.
