Timney Trigger - Ruger 10/22

For sale is a new, unopened, in the wrap/box drop in Timney Trigger for the Ruger 10/22 with a gold trigger and extended magazine release.

As per Timney
"The new Timney 10/22 trigger will undoubtedly set the standard for the future of aftermarket trigger upgrades for the Ruger 10-22. Featuring a one piece action of CNC machined 6061-T6 aircraft grade billet aluminum the new Timney Trigger for the Ruger 10-22 is a complete action replacement. The trigger, sear, and hammer are wire EDM cut and heat treated steel for exceptional durability. Push out the two action pins and "drop in" the new Timney Complete Trigger assembly. The new Timney 10-22 Trigger features a Timney designed Extended Magazine release that can be operated by one finger for exceptional ease and accessibility. It also comes standard with an auto bolt release. As with all the Timney Triggers made in the U.S.A. each complete action replacement is hand assembled, calibrated and tested for a lifetime of reliable service. The trigger is set at 2 3/4 pounds from the factory, with no creep."

For the record, the trigger did not photograph well. The trigger looks much nicer in person under natural light. My lights at home are a bit on the yellow side of the spectrum. Along with the yellow box, the picture just does not look like it does in real life.

Also, don't listen to those KIDD lads! When I show up on the line with my Timney, Clivej and the KIDDs know they better bring their A-game!

Seriously though, both are great triggers and some day I will have to sit down and do a comparison of the two. For now, Timney is my #1 and until someone knocks it off of the top, I will stick with them. I think the only reason they are not more popular in Ireland is becuase there are no dealers in the country for them.

Finally, If anyone is one the fence about this or any of the other items I have listed, please decide soon. I am going to offer all my items on the British sites this weekend. Judging from the prices I see there, I doubt these will sit for long.
