Second UPC Router

I am having trouble with my current UPC router and was wondering if I could run a second router straight off the UPC line coming into the house from a different location and use it independently from the one I have downstairs? I could add a second router as a repeater and connect over ethernet but I'd rather use the coax lines I have for my TV as the router is in an awkward place.

    Thanks for any help provided

The only router that will work off the co-ax cable is one that is provisioned by UPC.
