As the title says guys I'm wondering what's inside a registration pack. I've just signed up for my first 10k in November and was just curious as to what I will be sent out.

    Cheers in advance!!

Pin on number for your t-shirt I'd imagine either with a built in timing strip or else something to stick on your shoe assuming they have chip timing along with some blurb about the race.

Top beginner tip: Pin the number on the front of your tshirt, not on the back.

OP,I done the Rebelrun 10k in Cork last weekend and in the race pack was a drifit t-shirt,water bottle, race chip, number, voucher,a cereal bar and a few jelly sweets. Not bad for €15.

Often, the free stuff, like tshirts, cereal bars and sweets, are given out the finish line, so if all you get in the post is a race number, a map to the start line, and a loads of ads for future races, don't be too disappointed.
