Did you try actually asking customer service?
They won't allow non uk billing addresses to be used on uk website as standard, call them and they should help

i tried this last Thurs and it still didnt work- have you tried this recently? I was told that my order was declined but they still took payment from my card- it's pending in my bank account which means it hasnt been taken out yet and is still in no mans land i guess until it is presumably refunded to my card.

Would love to be able to order from UK site, significantly cheaper and always great offers!

It took me 12 (yes, 12!) tries to order from them, using a UK issued card with an Irish billing address, UK debit card with UK address and Irish debit card with Irish address. Everyone I spoke to there told me something different, eg: your delivery address has to match your billing address (untrue), you can't order to parcel motel (untrue) etc. In the end the way I got it to go through was to use my old UK billing address (no longer associated with my card as I haven't lived there for 3+ yrs) which doesn't actually match my credit card account at all....but hey presto, it worked.

TLDR, their site allows different people to do different things, so what works for one doesn't always work for another.

Their website live chat feature is better than calling them btw, I got the impression from calling that the call centre is overseas and there was a bit of a language barrier in my experience.

if anybody has had success recently in using an Irish credit card with delivery to Parcel Motel in Belfast in recent weeks, could you let me know. I've ordered with Body Shop before using my Irish card and had it delivered to PM and there was no problem but have not been able to do so for last 2 months.

Anyone who has previously ordered shouldnt have any issue, if you havent previously ordered just hit chat in the shopping cart and say your paying with an irish cc but sending to a uk address and customer service should sort it out for you

It took me 6 attempts to get my order through yesterday and I had ordered before. Last time I ordered it would accept 00000 as postcode but not yesterday. I cleared cookies before my last try and it went through. I'm glad I only used visa debit for one attempt as it's frozen funds on my account.

Has anyone had any luck ordering with pm delivery address and Irish credit card, I've tried setting billing address to uk and contacted them directly to which they said they will not accept an Irish account? So frustrating
