Resealing window frames to outside

Hi there, I noticed the mastic is receded on a lot of my window frames, so I plan to re-seal. I notice none of them are masticed at the bottom for some reason, where the frame meets the sill. I plan on sealing at the sill also, - any reason not to? Only the windows that are set into red-brick wall seem masticed, - other…

Hi there,

Only the windows that are set into red-brick wall seem masticed, - other ones (to the side and rear of the house are not), - any reason I should do these also?
