I'm in the same situation as NBF. I bought in early April but date on AIM says moved into herd 16/04/13. I have 14 bullocks approx 18 mths old and 14HA land.

How do I know from AIM when I have met the 7 months requirements for these? Or do I just do it 7 months from 16/04/13 so ready to sell 16/11/2013. I have got the SFP but not DAS. Presume it's 7 months for DAS.

    Thanks.

exactly. just go a day or two over as the day an animal moves out of the herd isnt counted.

Cheers Bob, will do. Would you think this is why I haven't gotten DAS? I thought it would be but was surprised when I got half my SFP last week.

Thought it would need to be 7 months to get both payments.

7 month rule is for DAS only, maybe when the initial DAS payment happened you only had 6.5 months done, which in turn your application get fired into the to be rechecked heap, which could take along time
