    Hi i recently had my jobseekers benefit cancelled as i told them i would be seeking Disability.

    however my doctor refused to fill up my disability form , where do i stand now ?

    your doctor doesn't think you have an illness that's not going to last 12 months?
    or believe's your medically fit ?

    i was involved in a car accident and have MRI scans to prove my back is more or less damaged, but he passed me medically fit today which i cant believe :)

    Where do i stand/go from there anyone :) thanks gatling.

    it is if you are available for and genuinely seeking work, just tell them that your doctor has passed you fit to work.
