WWE RAW is live tonight from Memphis, Tennessee. Tonight is the "go-home" show for this Sunday's WWE Hell in a Cell PPV. Officially advertised for the show tonight is a contract signing for the WWE Hell in a Cell PPV main event between Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton. Also advertised for the show is an appearance by WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels and WWE COO Triple H is slated to "deal" with the Rhodes Family

I know there will be fisticuffs between Daniel Bryan & Randy Orton in the official contract signing for HELL IN A CELL

It's kind of obvious how Triple H will deal with Big Show (A match between the pair of them at Survivor Series next month)

Well because he's been fired, Triple H has stripped him of his in-ring name.

Wondering if HBK's return is actually the start of a build to HHH vs HBK at Mania...

I'll be very surprised if Michaels comes out of retirement. If he didn't do it for the Undertaker stuff a few years ago, I don't think he ever will.

I only rewatched that the other day. Had forgotten they never even entered the cell at the point Taker chucks him off the top. Good times.

I don't watch Smackdown, and I've only half watched Raw the last few weeks, so I must have missed something. How long have they been calling HHH, Steph, etc "The Authority"?

Wow could they make Big Show turning on D-Bryan anymore obvious?

I'll actually be surprised if it doesn't happen now.

Chris Jericho on Twitter just reacted to Raw's closing segment tonight writing:
Thing is @tripleh, despite ur major push,u never were either. Good luck in ur future endeavours @emmrichr84: Not the one @TripleH? I disagree
Time to move on guys. Bye bye @wwe! Now time for more important things...any doubt that #DayInTheLife is the best @thebeatles song ever??

    What's this all about then.

I stopped following Jericho on Twitter when he jumped randomly in and out of kayfabe.

Alright-ish Raw.Nothing too exciting or interesting, which isn't great for a go home show.

Wasn't mad keen on HHH pointing out how weak the roster is either, even if it was intended to get heat.

Bryan's crowd reactions are getting noticeably weaker,if he doesn't win on Sunday that's him pretty much fecked as a potential top line face imo.

Yep, noticed that too. It was a dull crowd but even still, the reaction for Bryan was poor.

    No. No he doesn't.

What he NEEDS is to win the title clean as day and not have a screwy reason to strip him of it. What he needs is the moment where he actually wins the war.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 767 ✭✭✭SimonQuinlank

They need to pull the trigger before the audience completely lose faith in Bryan, just like they needed to do with Ryback last year and they bottled it.I'll be very surprised if they don't repeat the same mistake again on Sunday.

Seed for Bryan vs Triple H for the WWE Championship I hope.

Didn`t HHH want him to come out of retirement for his own retirement match.

As long as its not Jericho vs HHH again, it sucked balls the first time. See you in January again Jericho.

Decent enough Raw. Would say Big E is a cert to win the title on Sunday, Bryan too. Leading me to think that maybe Punk might not. Which doesn't make sense though because the Punk/Heyman thing needs to end ASAP. Punk is being seriously wasted against the likes of Ryback.

Lesnar might be booked for Survivor Series, which is only a few weeks away, which is only 4 more PPV's :pac:

A lot of guys would. :pac:

As much as I would like Big E to win the title on Sunday, I think the switch to face and buildup to it isn't long enough. Though if they give him the mike on Smackdown this week and let him cut a promo to get him over and show how good he is on the mike then it may be possible.
Actually if we got him and Punk talking in the locker room, it could be entertaining.

Agree gone on far to long. Was thinking of a Big E turn on Punk on Raw that never happened. Maybe at HIAC.
Don't think Bryan is a dead cert. I wonder if Punk's promo saying his legacy will be determined on what he does to Heyman inside the cage is making me think Punk pins Heyman after he beats the SH*T out of him. (Well heres hoping anyway). Agree a punk win puts an end to this silly feud and Punk can go onto bigger and better things.
