Insuring against inappropriate online messaging / content sharing

Hi all, we're in the process of launching a new online education product that will facilitate message and content sharing among students.

I'd appreciate people's advice on what kinds of insurance cover are necessary to protect us against the possibility of cyber-bullying, inappropriate content sharing, etc. (which of course we will be taking all possible steps to prevent in the first place).

Is it indemnity insurance we require? What about cyber-liability? Any estimates of the costs involved?

By the way, access to our service will be provided through schools but I'm assuming we still require to fully cover ourselves with our own insurances.
