A friend of mine who has recently returned to cycling as a hobby has really helped me out and I want to get him a gift related to cycling.

I think the tool-kit is a great idea, it would save a good bit of money if he learns to use it, there's loads of youtube videos out there. Seán Kelly's book hunger was released earlier this year.

Lots of stuff for this time of year. Decent front light. Arm and leg warmers. Good gloves or overshoes.
