Vest single point sling options

Just got a new vest and was wondering about sling options for it.
Ive seen a few were the sling goes through the padded shoulder straps on the vest and attaches to the gun in front off you. Does anyone have this set up or can anyone recommend a type of sling for this?

Is the vest you have, by chance, a CIRAS vest?

great, do you know how they work? whats the holes for?

The holes are there to attach the sling into the back of the CIRAS vest (Which is also used to hold the front, back and side. Also my include a chest strap). These are all held together by a lead, which should be made of steel wiring in a thick insulation.

Basically, at the back of you'r vest, there should be a gap near the top (Each side) to insert the sling. Open the flap cover and undo the lead. There should be a bungee cord, extend that through the sling holes and once you'r done, pull the lead through the bungee cord and you'r done! (The lead will hold everything in place)

Sound's confusing, but it's basic knowledge. Nothing too hard.
