Hi guys, just want to know should I bring my car to garage or not. When I start the car the outside temperature reading on the display starts at -20 and will come back up to what it really should be as I drive. Only started to happen the last few mornings. It's my first car and really know nothing about cars.

You probably need a new sensor.
    Corsa B, C or D? Year?

    You need one of these.

They are usually located behind the front bumper and a simple job to replace yourself. Usually located just behind the lower front grill on the passenger side on any Opels I've seen

Thanks guys for reply. Had to top up the coolant in it a few weeks back was very empty. Was thinking when this started to happen that my car is on the way out.

No need to worry its a very common part to fail and as stated a simple one to fix. I've replaced them on most Opels I've owned :)

From a quick google all you need to know is here

Thanks again furtzy, will be able to tell my partner now what the problem is and get him to sort it for me, hate always acting dumb about things to do with my car.
