As stated - what training/nutrition related podcasts do you subscribe to? which ones would you recommend and what ones are pure and utter sh*t?

Not what you're after I suspect, but for long ass endurance sessions I likes me some BBC The Food Programme. Total cornucopia of epicurean knowledge.

Health warning: crossfit, but I think there are some good Barbell Shrugged episodes and interesting interviews.

Phil Learney just started putting out podcasts.

Has about 11 out at the moment.

Some of them are a bit all over the place but the first three in particular are excellent.

    Highly recommend them.

His facebook page is excellent too

Iron Radio talk a surprising amount of sense. If anything they're very anti the multi-ply Westside culture

How dare you - but I agree on people trying to imitate westside training - not for me.

You only train Westside if you F'ing train in WSBB.

One opinion they aired which really resonated with me was (SIC)

"Louie Simmons did more for powerlifting than anyone in the early days of Westside but now he's detracting from it. Someone's gonna get a 1500lb squat out of there and no one is going to care."

The FitCast. Can be hit and miss but enough hits there to have a look every now and then.
