Hi all.I am in the process of getting prices from air tightness companies for my house.I am only building foundations at the minute but i just need advice on what depth to leave for insulstion in my sub floor. I was thinking 100mm would be enough with 75mm screed on top of it.There is ufh going in.

that doesnt comply with the current regs. Please stop building & getting prices before you have an architect who understands what required from the BER & the current building regs, and has put a decent package together for the contractor/product suppliers/ subcontractors to follow
