Glitch on website at moment, when you add runners to your basket 75% discount is applied! Just got 3 pairs worth €290 for €72!!

Never used Debenhams before, what's their usual procedure? They just cancel the orders? Nice pair of Nike running shoes for €30 sounded great

Its a mistake obviously.

There's a sale banner on the trainers page; 20% off on trainers when 75 euro is spent. Obviously they've mixed the two values up because its giving 75% off all trainers.

Hopefully they might honour a few but I highly doubt it. I'm not even gonna bother.

HOWEVER - when I proceeded with payment, and only because I was looking closely, my card was being debited for the 330!!

That's why I'd never post something like this up here as you'll get that type of ****ehawking carry on.

Rule of thumb; any bargain alert like this keep it to yourself and cross your fingers. When you have whatever it is in your hands then consider posting it up here. You're shooting yourself in the foot otherwise.

Not sure, I was in such a hurry to put it through, the 'Visa Verification' page slowed me down , tyring to think of my password, and only THEN did I notice the amount. It was showing 97euro on the Debenhams page, relieved I spotted it! :eek:

On another note, they have a great selection of Nike's, I was impressed. Badly need a new pair for the gym & casual wear, tempted to go back and pay full price :rolleyes:

Maybe it was a new type of marketing, put up price glitch, wait for people to take the bait, then cancel all orders.

There's always only a slim chance of these misprices being honoured. However, when people are greedy there is absolutely no chance. I don't know why people can't just order one pair and hope for the best...

From past experience if I spotted a deal like this boards.ie is the last place I would post it up. We had posters in previous cases of clear errors calling the company up asking them 'sher your not going to honour that now are you?'! I would have only posted something like this up when I got confirmation that my order had been despatched and there was no going back.
