Really tough race but a fantastic event none the less! Spectacular location with Bray and the sea in the background!

    I'm clearly enjoying myself ....

Great picture. It was tough alright, knackered today. Glad I did it though.

It was very tough and quite technical at parts for a noob like me, very muddy and slippery too. I only completed two laps before I had a nasty fall during the 3rd lap in one of the drops which found me with a bad muscle pull on the lower back, feeling better today but not great. Fair play to the organizers once again though, great circuit and great fun too.

One of the lads from our club took it and a load of other great shots too! I'll send you a PM with his contact details - I'm sure it would be no problem to give you the link to the Facebook album but probably best to ask him first!

It's written on the pic, just search in fb, all the pics are there, some are really really good.

Punctured on lap 3, resulting in the bike going from under me and landing on my head pretty hard. That was me done!

It was fun, though. In the same way that holding your mouth open for the length of a root canal is fun. Yeah. Fun.

Looking forward to the next one.

Not this year but there was one there for the past few years. Still just a small number of clubs putting the races on...

    Great shots, well done!

Excellent event yesterday, 140 riders, plenty of great battles!

Seymour didn't have it all his own way on the first few laps.. And in the B's one of the Youth riders blasted away from the rest of the starters to take a great win...

Roll on St. Anne's and the "Northside" CX series! ;)

No, didn't make it over that early unfortunately. I was a bit hungover and didn't get going 'til later in the morning.

Good question! Can't say I have seen anything about those races, or spotted any of the Swords guys at the SuperCross series... maybe one is on the forum here?
