Omelettes are awesome, you can throw anything in there.
    Why no carbs for breakfast?
I have porridge a lot of the time. Or you can combine oats with eggs and make some pancakes.
You can add in some Whey with either of these things.

Scrambled tofu? Loads of variations on this just google it.

Avocados, tomatoes dressed with EVOO and herbs and mushrooms with veggie bacon.

    Veggie sausages, beans and mushrooms

Chickpea pancakes with creamy mushroom filling

I add half a tub of cottage cheese to scrambled egg sometimes, makes a fluffier cheesier scrambled egg and its a great way to get rid of cottage cheese :pac:

You could have rashers or ham etc also

And soft boiled eggs are great too, I find 3 boiled eggs a lot more filling than 3 eggs scrambled..

Thanks for the suggestions. Im trying to lose weight by cutting out carbs and it's working fine. Im not a massive fan of eggs so that's why I'm looking for something different. Its just hard to find something to bulk up a meal when I don't eat meat.

Try a banana and blueberry omelette. Absolutely delicious despite how silly it sounds.

I know its more eggs, but I sometimes have pancakes from the Clean and Lean Diet, its porridge oats mixed with cottage cheese and an egg, blitz together and makes a lovely pancake batter, serve with Natural Yogurt and strawberries and blueberries, delish, and not terribly eggy!!

Liven up your scramble eggs. I like to add a combo of tomato, scallions, spinach, red onion or peppers. 2 or 3 of them.

Scrambled eggs should be smothered in this:

Id be interested in this too, im intolerant to eggs (only recently found out). Sometimes I just say feck it and have them but end up suffering for a few days. Also red meat doesn't go down too well unless its really really lean. The tofu sounds like something to try
