I have changed solicitors recently and last week my new solicitor informed me that a top-up I had taken out on my mortgage in 2002 has never been registered. Can anybody tell me what are the implications of this for me (if any)?
    Thanks.

Does your solicitor not know? I'm not sure your move of solicitors has resulted in much of an upgrade.

None. The only relevance is if there was a judgement creditor who might get priority over your bank.
